Sales Engineer :

Qualifications Skills and Experiences:

  1. 5+ years as a consultative sales professional with experience selling to the Industrial PC Embedded Market.
  2. Experienced and familiar with ODM, Networking Security, Digital Surveillance (DVR) and other embedded related application is a plus.
  3. Provide effective presentations, demonstrations and technical support during selling cycle.
  4. Business maturity, decision-making, planning & project management skills.
  5. Must be a self-starter with the ability to quickly understand the technical configuration of Industrial applications.
  6. Must be organized, detail and process oriented.
Sales Administrator :

Qualifications Skills and Experiences:

  1. Responsible for daily order process and coordination, covered part of inside sales job function in multi-task job assignment.
  2. Excellent communication and customer service skill, with PC industrial related background is a plus.
  3. College graduated with 2+ years working experiences required.
QC / Technical Support Technician :

Qualifications Skills and Experiences:

  1. Support and troubleshoot customer-reported technical issues over the phone or through e-mail.
  2. Work with Engineering and other technical groups to enhance the quality of products.
  3. Provide technical service and build successful long term relationships with internal and external clients.
  4. Process RMA by following company policy.
  5. Experience working with external clients.
  6. Strong written and spoken communication skills.
  7. Superb organizational and problem-solving skills.
