• Only board level products, such as single board computers (SBC), CompactPCI motherboards, and Embedded SBC have two-year parts and labor warranty from the original invoice date. All of the computer systems and peripheral products have one-year parts and labor warranty from the original invoice date. Defective products found within the warranty period will, at the option of IBASE Technology (USA), be repaired or replaced with new or restored products. This warranty dose not include products that have been repaired or altered by anyone other than IBASE Technology (USA) or have been subject to improper installation or misuse.

• A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained before returning any item. The RMA number should be clearly written on the outside of all return packages. Packages received without the RMA number clearly written on the exterior of the package, or more than ten days after the RMA number is issued, may be refused and returned to the sender.

• For evaluation refund, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be requested within 30 days of the original invoice date. A 15-percent restocking charge will apply by requesting a RMA number between the 31st and 45th day. After the 45th day, products are non-refundable. Products must be received in their original package with salable condition. Missing items such as manuals, cables, software, memory, etc. will be charged at the IBASE Technology (USA) spare parts rate. Custom-manufactured or special-purchased items cannot be returned for refund or credit.

• Freight should be prepaid on all items shipped to IBASE Technology (USA). Returned item in warranty will be shipped by IBASE Technology (USA) with prepaid freight for ground shipment.
